I just can't resist sharing with you some of my personal news, before giving a recap of all the exciting things that happened with my work in the last couple of months...
We have a new addition to our family! Our little boy, Christian, was born on 12 Nov. Santa has indeed come early this year; he is the most precious gift that we have ever received.

The East West Art Award Exhibition
Despite preparing for the new arrival, I managed to take time to submit my painting, The Great Queue (100 x 50 cm) to the East West Art Award and am delighted to be shortlisted again this year. The exhibition took place 22 - 26 Oct at La Galleria in Pall Mall, London.

Upcoming Events
After a short break, the first exhibition that I will be taking part in 2014 is going to be Cultures of Tomorrow, a mixed media exhibition of artists from China, Saudi and Turkey at The Gallery on The Corner in Battersea, 6 - 12 January 2014. More info to follow.
It has been an honour to be invited to take part in a collaboration with artist and Art Director of New Artist Fair, Leah Michelle, to raise money for the Children for Action Charity. This project is particularly meaningful to me as a new mother, and I look forward to sharing with you the finished work in my next newsletter.
